Plans and payment status

Free has no subscription charge. Premium prices, currency, period and benefits are shown on Plans and at checkout. Payments and account balances are confirmed through secure transaction records.

Subscriptions

Before a real purchase, checkout must show the total price, applicable taxes, subscription period, renewal terms and cancellation method. Automatic renewal will only apply when expressly disclosed at purchase. Do not enter card details outside the designated secure payment flow. Prepaid Pro durations are 1, 2, 3 or 5 years. Duration discounts are 0%, 10%, 15% and 20%, respectively, against the standard annual price; duration and referral discounts do not stack. Confirmed extensions preserve remaining membership time. Buying more years does not increase monthly allowances. Prepaid durations do not automatically renew unless expressly agreed at checkout.

Cancellation and refund requests

Use account support for billing questions, cancellation or refund requests. Eligibility depends on the purchase, the disclosed offer and applicable law. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights are preserved, including Brazil's seven-day withdrawal right where applicable to remote contracts. A refund may reverse associated Creator commissions.
