Creator Program Terms

A transparent partnership, with clear referral rules.

Application and approval

Applying is free and separate from Free or Premium registration. Approval is discretionary and does not certify your identity or reputation. Provide genuine public channels and an honest proposal. Approved Creator status has no annual Creator fee; paid member features remain subject to their own eligibility rules.

Eligible referrals

The program currently offers new eligible members 10% off their first annual Premium payment and the Creator 20% commission on the eligible amount actually paid after discounts and refunds. Attribution uses the first valid invitation, with a 30-day window. Free signups, clicks and renewals do not create withdrawable commission.

Commission and payout

Commissions are subject to payment verification, a 30-day hold, refunds, chargebacks and fraud review. Only available verified funds may be requested for payout through the enabled process. Additional identity or tax information may be needed before payment. Estimates in the calculator are illustrative and are not a promise of income.

Fair promotion

Clearly disclose your commercial relationship when promoting Nomady. No self-referrals, spam, misleading claims, fake accounts, unauthorized paid brand bidding or abuse of discounts. You are responsible for your channels and applicable advertising and tax obligations. Do not claim to speak on behalf of Nomady.

Adjustments and termination

Invalid or refunded payments can cancel commissions, including adjustments against future earnings after a payout. We may pause referrals or restrict participation for violations or security concerns, with support available for review. Material changes are communicated; legally owed amounts and mandatory rights are preserved.
