Clear rules for sharing your travels and using Nomady.

About the platform

Nomady provides digital travel profiles, memories, discovery and account features. We do not organize, supervise or mediate private meetings, rides, accommodation, relationships, travel arrangements or transactions between members. A Nomady subscription is a separate service supplied by the platform.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect your login and do not impersonate others. Do not share credentials or transfer accounts. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content stays yours

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Nomady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, resize and display it as needed to operate the service and honor your visibility choices. This does not authorize unrelated advertising use or sale of your photos. Only upload content you have the right to share, including permission from identifiable people where required.

Public profiles and discovery

Approved profiles can have a public link. Turning off Appear in Explore removes the profile from Nomady discovery results and the discovery map; it does not make that link private. People with the link can still view and share it. Search engines or other people may retain copies. Location is self-reported, not live tracking. Do not publish home addresses, identity documents or sensitive travel details.

Independent interactions

Members decide whether to communicate, exchange contact details, meet or enter private arrangements. Nomady is not a party, agent, insurer or guarantor of these arrangements. Profile approval, badges, points and Premium or Creator status do not verify identity, criminal history, trustworthiness or personal safety. Follow the Community & Safety rules and report concerning behavior.

Moderation and account restrictions

Fraud, harassment, threats, exploitation, illegal content, spam and manipulation are prohibited. We may review content, remove publications or restrict accounts for violations, security concerns or legal requirements. You can contact support to request review of a decision. We cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

Service limits and responsibility

Information, scores and AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify travel, safety, immigration, health and financial information with appropriate sources. We take reasonable measures to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or eliminate all risks. Each member is responsible for their own conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes, cancellation and disputes

You can stop using Nomady and request account deletion through support. Subscription cancellation and refund rules are described in Billing & Refunds. Material changes to these terms will be communicated and may require a new acceptance. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights remain applicable; no clause requires you to waive them. Contact support first to seek a resolution.
